Responsibility & visibility
Being visible, responsible, or relied upon can leave little room for your own experience.
Your experience comes first.
These pages offer possible starting points, not assumptions about you. We will focus on your concerns, your background, and what you want to change.
My practice has a particular focus on men, while welcoming people of other genders. If you do not see yourself in one of these groups, a consultation can help us discuss whether working together is a fit.

In an initial conversation, we will discuss what brought you here and whether my approach fits your needs. Once therapy begins, a recent moment can give us a useful starting point: an argument after work, a decision you keep postponing, or an evening when you could not switch off.
We can look closely at what you felt, how you responded, and what you hoped that response would accomplish. From there, we may explore a longer-standing pattern, practice a conversation, or choose a small change to try. Your goals and feedback guide the work.
Questions you may be asking
Do I have to work in one of these professions?
No. You can contact me about the concerns that are affecting your life. The consultation is a chance to discuss your needs, including when your experience does not fit a category on this site.
Do you only work with men?
Men’s experiences are a focus of my practice, and people of other genders are welcome to reach out. We will talk about the concerns you want help with and whether working together makes sense.
Should I choose therapy or executive coaching?
Therapy focuses on mental health, emotional life, and relationships. Executive coaching focuses on leadership and professional development. If you are unsure, we can clarify the purpose of the work during our initial conversation.
